Makar Sankranti is celebrated with great enthusiasm throughout the nation, and is celebrated on the 14th of January every year. The festival is famous for flying kites. We witness the sky painted with beautiful kites on this day. Once every 12 years, Kumbh Mela is organised to celebrate this grand festival. To add another blooming bud to the bouquet of activities, Kite Decorating Competition was organized for the students of Junior Kg and Senior Kg on 10th January 2024.
The students participated in the activity with full zeal and fervour. It was a wonderful opportunity for the students to showcase their creativity. All the beautiful decorated Kites were displayed in the Kg corridors. Overall, the competition was full of colours and innovative thoughts. The winners were awarded with certificates.
