On 24th August 2026, Savio Kindergarten celebrated the spirit of Raksha Bandhan with a fun and creative Rakhi Making Competition for our Jr. KG and Sr. KG students.
The activity began with an engaging conversation where the children were asked why we celebrate Raksha Bandhan and what the festival means to them. This helped the little ones understand the beautiful bond of love, care, and protection shared between brothers and sisters.
The classrooms came alive with excitement as the children enthusiastically created their own colourful and creative Rakhis. With their little hands busy designing and decorating, the activity turned into a joyful celebration filled with smiles, creativity, and enthusiasm.
It was a wonderful learning experience that beautifully combined creativity, cultural awareness, and celebration, making Raksha Bandhan a memorable occasion for our young learners at Savio Kindergarten.
